"When you can't find the light, that got you through the cloudy days, when the stars ain't shinin' bright, you feel like you've lost your way, when the candlelight of home burns so very far away, well, you got to let your soulshine."- The Allman Brothers
Hello! I am so glad you are here.
Sometimes we lose our way, disconnect from our selves, our values, relationships, and hopes and dreams in life. For all of us, there are times when we seek a new direction, a way forward, a fresh possibility for living. If you’re here, you know things aren’t okay and life feels unmanageable. Are you seeking recovery from mental health struggles and/or addiction, needing help coping, wanting to address something before it progresses or spirals out of control, needing to re-gain control of your life, desiring to make a change, or going through a change and need support, motivation, and acceptance? If any of this relates to you, you're in the right place.
Together, we can embark on a journey to improve your overall well-being. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment that empowers and stimulates growth. Substance use and/or mental health disorders can hijack your life. I can help you get back into the driver’s seat. We will work towards reaching your fullest recovery potential, and finding a balance that allows you to cope with stressors, emotions, symptoms, and other experiences in a positive way. I am continuously amazed at the resiliency of people, and have witnessed and experienced immense growth, change, and deep connection.
You deserve to feel connected, loved, and whole. You have already taken a huge step by seeking support, I know it wasn't easy, and you don't have to do this alone. I can help you feel more empowered to access your innate inner strengths, and work to create a transformative and healing environment for you to let your true fulfilled self (soul) shine!
Thank you for considering me as your therapist. My passion is people, meeting them where they’re at, learning about who they are, their lives, their stories, and joining with them on their journey towards wellness and recovery.
